Tommy Tenneber is the creator and producer of A Widescreen Tale. They also have an annoying habit of referring to themself in the third person; as well as a second, nastier habit of lying about themself on the internet.

Tommy is 6’3 with rock hard abs and can bench press whatever amount would be impressive idk. Here’s a quote:

“The first show I remember watching of my own volition was Sesame Street. One of my parents had a traveling act and would perform the songs from it in front of me, to see which ones I liked. I suspect both of those things had a pretty big impact on my current art.”

At the moment, Tommy remains the only person permanently involved in the making of the show, with the rest of the crew being their sound engineer and the guest artists for each episode.

“I can’t wait to expand once the show’s sustainable. Until then it’ll remain a very expensive passion project. I’m also fine with that. What I don’t want is a world where people can’t have quality entertainment for free.”
